Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the equivalent amount will be credited based on the original method of payment.
The customer must inspect the products immediately when it’s delivered to your door step. In the event that item delivered is not the same as ordered, you must immediately notify the delivery personnel to report the matter. Once it’s accepted upon delivery, the subsequent return of products and refund is strictly not allowed.
